Co-op Society Dispute Co-op Society Dispute

The case is pending before the dypt registrar of societies who has ordered the society committee to provide corrected maintenance bills
But they have been giving the same manipulated bills even after I have sent multiple letters to them
2 dypt registrars have changed since then and now the new registrar keeps on giving dates and in each hearing he gives the society a new opportunity to present their side
Can the error in the bills (manipulated bills) be treated as a deficiency in service of coop society
Can i file a consumer complaint against this & can this be a case of 420 IPC

A.Dear Client,
When your complaint against the society over the manipulation of Bill is pending before the Dy. Register, Cooperative Societies who is the competent authority to try and hear the matter related to a Society, your complaint under CPA on the self-same subject before the Counsumer Fora may be rejected on the objection of OP, Society. Alternatively, you may approach the Dist. Consumer Protection Council headed by Dist. Magistrate for a resolution in the matter through mediation/conciliation between the parties.

A.Dear client,

Deficiency in service typically refers to a situation where a service provider fails to meet the expected or agreed-upon level of service quality. This can include various issues such as:

Inaccurate billing: Billing errors can include overcharging, double charging, charging for items not received or services not rendered, or miscalculations in the bill amount.
Poor customer service: If the service provider's customer service is inadequate or unresponsive when addressing billing issues or rectifying mistakes, it can be seen as a deficiency in service.
Delays or failures in providing the service: If the service is not delivered on time or is not provided at all, it can be considered a deficiency in service.
Low quality of service: If the service provided does not meet the expected standard of quality, it can also be treated as a deficiency.
When faced with a billing error or a deficiency in service, consumers often have the right to dispute the bill and seek a resolution from the service provider. The process for addressing such issues can vary depending on local consumer protection laws and the policies of the service provider.

If you believe there is an error in your bill that qualifies as a deficiency in service, you can approach the consumer dispute redressal forum that can help mediate disputes between consumers and service providers. It's advisable to familiarize yourself with the relevant consumer protection laws to understand your rights and options in case of billing errors or deficiencies in service. Please approach an advocate for further action
