A.Dear client,
According to the Motor Vehicle Act of 1988, it is illegal to use a private vehicle for business purposes. If you believe that a private vehicle has been used illegally, you should report it to the relevant Registering Authority (RTO) with the vehicle's information and sufficient evidence of the misuse.

A.Dear Client,
A private vehicle cannot be used for commercial purposes and is prohibited under Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 and for violation of the provision of M V Act, the matter may be reported to the concerned Registering Authority(RTO) along with the details of the vehicle and sufficient proof of misuse of the vehicle.
