My neighbour are harassing me daily on the basis that water sound is coming from my bathroom but they can make as much as noise they want no one should ask them. They are ladies and are provoking me to fight with them for everything and although I'm keeping quiet still they are vulgar words and harassing me on daily basis

A.Dear Mr.More,
Talk to your landlord if you are a Tenant.Talk to other neighbours.
Remeber do not argue or quarrel with ladies and you are likely to be in trouble.
Bring some ladies to your side and try to fight it out.
You can lodge a FIR in the Police Station.

Thank you for helpful reply sir, here I'm the person staying in my own house next to them. They are the tenants staying in the next building I spoke to the owner 3 times already he spoke to them about it already they keep quite for two days and on the third day they start doing more than previous, the owner is telling to back answer them but they are from slums in Mumbai and I'm a educated professional

A.You have two options one approach police and secondly approach Civil Court by filing a civil suit of permanent injunction

Thank you for your kind reply sir, is there any option where men can file sexual harassment on women and make it into non bailable offence in this case there are two women who are constantly harassing me on daily basis from over a year and as per human rights men should also be given some place to secure there dignity

A.What is the problem if the water sound so coming from bathroom and it is natural as bathrooms are used for water purposes. Anyways as you said that they are ladies so you should not start or give any chance to them to start a fight since that can potentially land you into trouble. If they keep on harassing you then you file a general diary with the local police about it.
