Demand of full refund for refrigerator declared as unrepairable by company

I bought a whirlpool refrigerator four years back. Now It is not working . after all attempts the refrigerator could not be repaired by them and have now said it can not be repaired due to some internal leakage. Now they have offered to replace the refrigerator after 25% depreciation . But I want refund of full amount as I have given free liberty to repair but they could not repair. Now replacement offer has been given by company without any such demand from me , I want either the fridge to be repaired or refund its price or replace in full

After the lapse of four years, the product might have crossed the period of warranty and a service provider cannot be held liable for deficiency in service when the product is not repairable or serviceable at all. In that case, you need to take note in writing that the product is not repairable and get it repaired by another service provider if they can get it repaired and take a Bill for payment made to the said service provider to prove the deficiency on the part of earlier service provider and file a complaint under Sec.35 of CPA,2019 against the said service provider for deficiency in service and unfair trade practice claiming reimbursement of entire cost of repairing cost and compensation for harassment.
