Not Refund from Flipkart

Hi sir
I have ordered 10 product from Flipkart Grocery on 15/06/2023, the delivery guy came to deliver the product and he unbox the package and I see that 1 product is missing and I don't accept the package and I cancelled the order after 2 to 3 days I got my refund but I don't get refund for the missing product. I complaint 3 to 4 times but they didn't respond properly. When I tell about the issue they tell no need to worry your issue will be solved and tell me that your issues is registered in priority bases and you will get a call from our executive within 2 or 3 days later. sir I don't have any idea what to do sir please help me to solve the problem.

In the prevailing situation, you can file a complaint before the Consumer Court or Consumer Affairs Deptt online mode through e-dakhil following the provision of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and Consumer Protection(Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 for redressal of your grievance. It may work fast to redress the grievance. failing which you may file an offline Complaint Before the Dist. Consumer Commission under whose jurisdiction a branch or godown of the supplier of service provider, Flipkart is in operation claiming a refund for the missing item/article along with compensation for harassment and mental agony.

Please send a legal notice to Flipkart regarding the same. If they fail to take any action, then please file a complaint under section 35 of the consumer protection act in the consumer disputes redressal forum
