Vehicle sale fraud

I have sold my vehicle to a used car showroom owner, they gave me the amount to close loan, and agreed that he will pay the balance amount after submitting noc and original RC. But after getting the RC, i tried to contact him, but he didn't take call. And also he sold my car without informing me.

Firstly make sure you have the seller's(your) affidavit. Then make a police complaint regarding the said fraud against the dealer. Police may lodge FIR under Sections 406, 420 IPC against them.
