Marksheet not received Marksheet not received

Hi,
I completed my graduation 5 years ago and while I have got all my other semester marks card, My one semester marks card is still pending and everytime I went to college to check they said it’s not sent from the university, I then went to visit the Bangalore University to check why they did not send it, I was then informed that the college did not submit the internal marks for one of my subject because of which the marksheet is not yet released from the university. After I went to college to explain the same they just gave me a letter to submit to university and said they have submit it but they still did not and now I’m at risk of losing my job because my organisation needs all my semester marks card for background verification.

What should I do?

A.Dear Client,
Escalate the Issue: If your college doesn't take action after submitting the letter, consider escalating the matter to higher authorities within the college. This might include approaching the head of the department, dean, or registrar.

Approach Student Grievance Cell: Many universities have a student grievance cell or ombudsman's office to address student complaints and issues. Contact this department to explain your situation and seek assistance.

Inform Your Employer: If the pending marks card is causing a delay in your background verification process, consider informing your employer about the situation. Provide them with the documentation you've gathered and assure them that you're actively addressing the issue.
