PCC denial PCC denial

Multiple people were accused in car accident, court declared me innocent following the police affirmation and rendered the FIRs of IPc against me as infructuous.

But a seperate case is under trail on the another accused.

I applied for PCC, police denied and reason was that 2nd accused is under trail, in a district court :season case:

I have filed a WRIT in high court for pcc

I need to apply for canada visa, and cant get the pcc, should i explain this in a seperate letter with supporting documents? And apply for pr application?

Please advise thanks

A.Dear Sir,
You will get a direction from the High Court to the Police to issue PCC since there is no case against you.
