A.dear client No,Judiciary is a independent wing.The Hon'ble High Court of any State is not a department of the State Government by Law.

A.High Court is not department it is created by Act under the Constitution. It has independence & own identity .

It is not Depatment of State Govt. But HC depends upon State for
Finance etc. It is only State wing.
