Consumer court order regarding

Hi sir/madam
This is surya prakash, i filed one case in consumer forum about mobile phone and i got an order from court in my favour that company has pay money and compensation to me and now the company is asking me to give back the mobile but court does not mention about the mobile in order copy and i dont have the mobile with me what i have to do now?
A.Dear client,
If the Court order doesn't mention anything about you returning the mobile, then you do not have any obligation to give it back. Please file a case for contempt of court against the company for them not complying to the Court order

A.Dear Client,
Check out the mandate for implementation of the order passed by the Consumer Commission by the Opposite Party and on expiry of said mandate, the order is enforceable, if the OP did not file an appeal against the order within the prescribed time. In the absence of any specific condition in the order for the return of mobile phone, if the implementation is delayed or withheld by the OP, then file an application for execution of the order u/s.71 & 72 of the CPA, 2019 before the Consumer Commission.

If there is no condition imposed by the Consumer Court that you have to return back the mobile then you are not supposed to return the same.
