Sir, I was late to repay my loan and now they have edited nude pictures of me and harassing me..I am choosing to not repay them as they have violated my privacy have tarnished my image. Is it a right decision or am I wrong?

A.Dear client,
Section 66(e) of the Information Technology Act prohibits transmitting pictures of “a private part of any person without his or her agreement,” as stated in the section. The penalty for the same is three years in prison, a fine of no more than two lakh rupees, or both.
You can file a police complaint for the harassment.
