What is the cost of filing writ mandamus petition in Bombay HC?
Hello, I wish to file a writ mandamus petition in Bombay HC against the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative societies for not taking action as per the law. I would like to know what would be the approximate costs excluding lawyer fees to file such a petition? Can I ask for the costs to refunded if I'm proven right?
A.Dear Sir,
The fee of the lawyer depends upon the profile of the advocate you select. If your WP is allowed with cost then you are entitled for nominal costs and fee of advocate as per the rates prescribed by the State Government.
