A.Dear Client,
Once you are aware of the pending e-challans issued for violation of traffic rules even two years ago, you should verify the current status of said e-challans generated against your vehicle through the predesigned system which is now easily accessible from the official website of the Transport Deptt name after e-parivahan failing which you may visit the office of the Registering Authority/RTO concerned to access the present status of the said e-challans and vacate the challans following the instruction of the Motor Vehicles Deptt. otherwise, you may face odd consequences whenever it is detected in the course of the departmental audit of the pending actions of the concerned Deptt.

A.Dear Client,
You can start by contacting the local traffic police or relevant authorities in Ranchi. They might be able to provide you with more information about the status of your e-challans and why the penalty amount is listed as zero. You can inquire about the details of the violations, the reason for the zero penalty, and any steps you need to take.

Online Portal: Many cities and regions have online portals where you can check the status of your e-challans and pay fines. If there's such a portal for Ranchi, you can log in and see if there's any information available about your violations and the reason for the zero penalty. You might also find contact details for customer support on the portal.

Visit Local Traffic Police Office: If online communication doesn't yield results, you might consider visiting the local traffic police office in Ranchi. They should be able to provide you with information about your e-challans, their status, and the reason for the zero penalty. If there has been a mistake or oversight, they can guide you on the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Gather Evidence: In case there's a dispute about the violations or the penalties, it's a good idea to gather any evidence you have. This could include screenshots of the online portal showing the zero penalty, any documents related to the violations, and any correspondence you might have had regarding the e-challans.

Keep Records: Throughout the process, make sure to keep detailed records of your communication, whether it's through emails, phone calls, or in-person visits. This will help you if you need to escalate the matter or prove your attempts to resolve the issue.

Thanks
