I have joined course on july 18 at scaler academy,the total cost of course is 3.14Lakhs ,I have made 20k advance and for the rest of 2.94L money they opened a loan for me in a FIBE application,in that I have paid one month emi that is 12250rs , and the rest money I have to pay is 2.81L for 24 months. So here , because of this course I'm getting anxiety and anxiety attacks which I have already consulted with doctor, I have informed my health issue with the scaler academy and asked to cancel my loan ,now they are saying as per their policy they can't cancel , and we don't provide any refund also! Pls do suggest!!

A.Dear client,
Firstly you are supposed to check their refund policy. If it is according to your request, then you file a complaint at the consumer forum to receive the refund amount.
