Regarding direct selling IMC Business
Dear Sir/MamI have joined in International Marketing Corporation, a direct selling business company as they claim, as an associate. The company sells physical ayurvedic products and medicines. I want to ask:1) Is the company doing a legal business?2) As it is an MLM company, if I refer someone to take products/medicines from the company and he/she incurs health issues after using the company's product/medicines than can they take any legal action against me? It is very easy for them to prove that I referred them to take products/medicine from that company as they are in my direct/indirect downline.3) Can my direct/indirect downlines take any legal action against me if they incur some financial loss? Please let me know, my questions is specific for IMC Business only and not for any other company. Thank you in advance
You just rely upon such company and always hide your identity. Please check the company’s history and comments and proceed. No body will guide you.

1. The company is doing a legal business [provided that it is not like other sham companies] Direct Selling is legal in the eyes of law.
2. The legal action will be taken against he company and not an individual [as because you are the seller but the company is the actual person selling the product and it is the responsibility of the company to look into the safety measures, however that does not mean you get a clean chit either. The same responsibility lies upon you when you are selling the product]
3. As this working style of the company is a chain line system, the immediate authority above it is the one to whom the downlines will approach in case of any grievances. In case of any financial losses [subject to selling or subject to the work of the company, the downlines have an option to complain to you and ask for redressal] You being their immediate upline will be the first to hear and solve such complaints and grievances Furthermore both the employee and company can be held liable both jointly or severally.
Hope this helped
