Clause written in my REGISTERED LEASE AGREEMENT
" Whereas, the original owner, Mr .LANDLORD due to his preoccupation and old age was not in a position to run the day to day administration of the lodge and hence, he had given out (Leased ) the business to Mr.Tenant , with the option to Mr. TENANT to renew for any such further period "

My Question is Can my landlord ask me to vacate ?

A.Dear client,
If the rental agreement is not renewed then the tenant is legally required to vacate the property which he was occupying. The landlord will recover the possession of the flat.

A.Dear Sir,
It is a big procedure. A Tenant cannot be thrown out so easily. You can file a suit and take injunction order against the owner not to evict to you without following due process of law that is he has to file an eviction suit.
