Fight with landlord Fight with landlord

I have recently vacated my house and the landlord said to paint the house, which my dad did. After 3 days he called him and said that there's some paint drops on my car so you clean them or I'll cut 6000. So my dad cleaned and it took around 30 min to do so. Untill then I had no clue about it and after that my mother informed me about him cleaning and yet landlord is saying I'll deduct this and that. So I went to him and said that you should have said me if you wanted to get your car clean and not my father as he's elder than you. By listening this he jumped to beat me but in my defence I holder his neck to keep him away from me. My father ordered me to go from there which I did but that person took some 6inch rod and came behind me to beat. I taught since I'm in middle of road and people are there so he won't do anything but for my suprise he hota me hit that rod on face near my eye and people gathered and everyone said me to ho home. Now that person has called someone bad and they are visiting my shop from 2 days and telling me to go and say sorry to that person and my parents are worried that if I go mean he might harm me. What should I do. If I complaint to police and if that person put false accusations that I went into his factory to beat him/steal.
