In july 2022, we join in a membership of Hospitality & Hotels where the amount of Rs. 45,000 (approx.) has been deducted through credit card and now the payment is done through installments. The main question is that during complete year we have not availed the services of Hospitality & Hotels due to some reasons and now i want to claim of money back the amount . Is there any solution ?

It goes with terms and conditions of agreement. Normally, entire amount may not be refunded but you may get refund of some portion of such amount if you fight strongly otherwise you will lose entire amount.

If the rules or agreement of membership allows a member to claim a refund of his deposit for not availing of the service of the Hotels, then you can claim a refund of the said deposit directly to the party, otherwise for default on your part to avail the service available during the period does not entitle you to claim back the deposit even through litigation.
