debit freeze in saving account

i m doing online selling in paper bags. i received payments through upi in my saving account. 2-3 days back i received a msg from my bank of debit freeze. i immediately approach bank for reason they tell me that my account freeze due to cyber crime notice. i go bank for 2-3 times but no response. then i go to local cyber crime office to know about the notice, but they reply there is no notice of my name. they told me that it should be other state 's cyber cell notice. now what should i do ? got nothing information about this notice and no information from bank side ?

In the prevailing situation, when the Bank is not disclosing the information behind the freezing of your Bank Account or the sources of the notice the Bank received based on which they have frozen the account. you may file an application to the concerned Public Information Officer of the Bank u/s.6(1) of RTI Act, 2005 seeking the said information. The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal(NCCRP) is an initiative of the Government of India to facilitate victims/complainants to report cybercrime scams or any type of grievances/complaints online seeking the desired information to pursue the matter with the concerned authority. Simultaneously, you can file an online complaint for the same cause of action to the Grievance Cell of RBI at the web link: https://cms.rbi.org.in/cms to get relevant information to pursue the concerned investigating officer of the concerned cyber crime cell to resolve the matter ASAP.
