A.Dear client,
You can track your complaint status by using the complaint reference number provided to you by the bank. You can visit the Tamil Nadu Police Department's Citizen Portal website and enter your complaint reference number and security code to check the status of your complaint. If you are unable to track your complaint status online, you can contact the helpline numbers provided on the same website to get in touch with the Tamil Nadu Police Department. They may be able to provide you with more information on the status of your complaint and guide you on the next steps to take. It is important to keep all the relevant documents and records related to the transaction and the complaint, as they may be required for further legal action.
