A.Dear Client,

Start by documenting instances of mental torture or any form of harassment by the head and superintendent. Include dates, times, locations, people involved, and any witnesses. Keep a detailed record of all incidents. If you haven't already, try addressing the issue with your immediate supervisor or school management. Present your concerns and the evidence you've gathered. Encourage colleagues who have witnessed or experienced similar behavior to join you in addressing the issue. There is strength in numbers, and collective action can sometimes be more effective. Laws such as the The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 may be applicable in your situation. Section 17 of the RTE Act, 2009, imposes an absolute bar on corporal punishment. It prohibits physical punishment and mental harassment to child and prescribes disciplinary action to be taken against the guilty person in accordance with the service rules applicable to such person.
