1. I received Amazon gift vouchers through my company, this is facilitated via a 3rd party.
2. The 3rd party gave me the voucher codes but not the voucher number.
3. I somehow misplaced the mail and it's a year so the voucher codes were expired.
4. When I reached out to Amazon, they are asking for the voucher code, however the 3rd party is not ready to share that with me.
5. Due to this my voucher worth 10K INR can't be used.

In the given situation, you can serve a legal notice to the supplier, Amazon, to resolve the grievance failing which you can file a complaint before the Consumer Court or Consumer Affairs Deptt online mode: http://edaakhil.nic.in/ following the provision of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and Consumer Protection(Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 for redressal of your grievance. It may work fast to redress the grievance. failing which you may file an offline Complaint both against the online before the Dist. Consumer Court under whose jurisdiction a branch or warehouse/godown of the service provider or supplier to redress your grievance. The complaint should be filed within two years from the date of the cause of action.

A.Dear Client, Indian consumer protection laws, such as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, aim to protect consumer rights. If the vouchers were issued to you as part of your compensation or benefits package from your company, it's possible that these laws could be applicable.
