Filling affidavit

Hi,
My suit is ongoing, I have to file affidavit. My lawyer is delaying to file the affidavit. As he may be busy with other cases
What should I do?

A.You can wait for your lawyer to file the affidavit or else if you find that the delay is being prolonged then you can also opt to change the lawyer and ask him to file the affidavit giving him the power to do the same.
