A.Dear Client,
Report the fake website to the authorities. Contact the Cyber Crime Cell of your local police or the national Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in/). They can investigate and take action against the perpetrators. Notify Axis Bank about the situation. Provide them with all the details you have about the fake website and your interactions with it. Contact the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) and inform them about the situation. They can guide you on additional steps to secure your Aadhar details. If you're concerned about your PAN card being misused, you can report it to the Income Tax Department. They can assist in monitoring and preventing fraudulent activities associated with your PAN. If you suspect that your identity might be misused, consider placing a lock or freeze on your financial accounts to prevent any unauthorized transactions.

A.Dear Client,
The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal(NCCRP) is an initiative of the Government of India to facilitate victims/complainants to report cybercrime scams or cyber terrorism online. So, once a cyber crime involving cyber terrorism is reported online to NCCRP, on the instruction of the Cyber Crime Cell, start an investigation into the complaint and you have to wait for the completion of the investigation of the scam by the investigating agency. you may visit the cyber crime cell of the Police for further clarifications and necessary guidance in the matter and extend your cooperation to get yourself free from any scam ASAP. A complaint may be filed online simultaneously to the concerned Bank at the link: https://www.axisbank.com/contact-us/grievance-redressal/retail-banking-grievance-redressal
