A.Dear Client,
If an employee abandons his job without serving any notice to the Company, it is held as the ground of proven misconduct and may be a ground for termination apart from other legal action. It becomes a stigma that adversely affects the service career of the employee in the long run and may be a cause of rejection of selection or further employment elsewhere on Back Ground Verification(BGV) of the employee. Background verification(BGV) is a process many organizations carry out in order to verify the information provided by the candidate during hiring. Verification of EPFO records through UAN is critical for conducting employee background checks because it allows employers to confirm that their employees are not using false or stolen identities to gain employment. It is commonly observed that many companies safeguard their interest by having a conditional clause in the employment agreement to the effect that the appointment of the candidate may be subject to termination in case of a failed BGV report, which is a good business practice. Once you fail in a background verification of an organization then they will definitely list you in their blacklist, so that you cannot get a job in that particular company and their branches. In case of a negative background verification check an employer can even reject the employment of the candidate. Otherwise, either in case of voluntary resignation or termination of an employee, an employer is duty-bound to issue an experience certificate and relieving letter to an ex-employee. So, on your application, if the Company denies to issue the same, then reach out to the office of the concerned Labour Commissioner if you are a workman as defined u/s.2(s) of the Industrial Dispute Act for such an arbitrary and unfair action of the Company for redressal of your grievance.

A.Dear Client,
First, carefully review your employment contract and the company's policies regarding notice periods and the issuance of experience letters. Ensure that you have followed the stipulated procedures and timeframes. If your attempts to contact the HR team remain unsuccessful, you can consider reaching out to the labor department or the appropriate government authority in your area. They can help mediate disputes and ensure your rights are protected.
