Gym denied to give facility after taking yearly fee Gym denied to give facility after taking yearly fee

Gym took yearly fee and the owner denied to give facility. Its an air conditioned gym but they are saying that they can not on AC because they are getting huge bill. On asking them the owner talked rudely plus shouted infront of whole gym. Traidmill is broken, lift is not maintained. Once i was in lift and light was gone for 10 mins. I was constantly trying to press alarm but it was not workingm there is no emergency contact no there. After 4 calls the owner picked my call amd rescued me from lift by opening it through key. They dont have hygiene as well. Plus on confrontation owner directly said do whatever it takes i wont give facility like ac because i am getting huge bill. What i can do? Its literally a harrassment.

A.Dear Client,
Carefully review the terms and conditions of your gym membership agreement. Pay close attention to any clauses related to facility access, services, and dispute resolution. Document any instances of the gym not providing the promised services, such as broken equipment, the lack of AC, or hygiene issues. Take photos or videos if possible. In India, you can reach out to local consumer protection agencies or the National Consumer Helpline to file a complaint about the gym's unfair or deficient services. If the gym continues to deny your rights and you believe you have a strong case, you may consider filing a complaint in the appropriate consumer court. Consumer courts in India are designed to resolve disputes related to consumer grievances. If you've not received the services you paid for and the gym owner refuses to rectify the situation, you may want to consider canceling your membership or seeking a refund. Refer to your membership agreement for details on cancellation policies.
