A.Dear Client,
Before taking any legal action, it's usually a good idea to try resolving the issue directly with the company. You can send them a written complaint via email or registered mail detailing your concerns and requesting a resolution. The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India provides protection to consumers against unfair trade practices and substandard services. If you believe that the services provided do not meet the terms of your agreement, you may file a complaint with the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. If you believe you have a strong case and the company is unwilling to cooperate, you may explore the possibility of taking legal action in a civil court. Remember to keep records of all communication with the company, including emails, messages, and any other evidence related to your complaint.
