what can i take actions against my college director or on college ?
I am an MBA student in Second year and financially weaker and father is a worker college director has called me fraud and i was torchered by my faculties in First Sem exam first year i asked them to wait for 30 days once i get LIC money i will pay them and had given PDC my exam was at 10 am 10 mins left 12Th NOVEMBER 2022 for exam and she asked Blank dated check and asked to arrange till 27 november i agreed but she puted a date of 15 nov and submitted in bank and checked was bounced calling me fraud threats to pay fees that day 3 peoples called me my director my two teacher. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now in second year clg started 25-27 days back i had paid 50000 left for 132000 college is not giving sufficient bcoz in my admin staff peoples are illiterate and doesnt know things sufficient docx and so on on one side director always calls give threats to charge interest or will stop my placemtns now allowing me for examinations .............................infact this poor college has not allowed for giving my viva of research project in first sem before 10 mins of exam they were harassing me to go home for 82000 pending fees from 184000 its an harrasment by college and doing favouritism and nepotism


in my college i was doing second internship for better knowledge college didnt allowed me to sit for 2 exams semesters. while in place who bunked giving fake reasons were allowed to seat...



what legal actions i can take?
where can i complaint of the college
the greiviance dept head is the director only not getting sufficient help please help

A.Dear Sir,
You can go to the High Court and get interim order to get hall ticket and complete your education thereafter start fighting against institution.
