A.Dear Client,
Criminal case u/s 279, 337,338 of IPC is a cognizable offense and shall be considered in police verification at the time of recruitment for a government job. You cannot apply for govt. jobs when any criminal case is pending against you. Anyone facing or convicted of a criminal offense cannot be eligible for a government position. Govt job is possible only on acquittal from criminal charges on merits. A person can get a government job if he has not been found guilty by the court and acquitted of all the criminal charges. The nature of conviction greatly matters. A particular type of conviction may disqualify you from certain types of government jobs. Different government jobs may have varying requirements regarding criminal backgrounds. Some positions may disqualify candidates with any criminal record. while others may consider certain factors on a case-by-case basis.

A.Dear Client,
Yes, you can get a government job. The sections you quoted are the offences related to rash or negligent driving in public place and causing thereby hurt or grievous hurt to others. This offence is not committed intentionally. It is an accident. It does not involve moral turpitude. Therefore, it would not come in your way in getting a government job.
