i have purchase a land in my home town in Bihar. the land was under custody of the seller. actully there is 5 share holder in the whole property and long time back ( Arong 30 years) all the share holder allocated the land plot wise as per there convenience and they are doing the farming.
on of the share holder they sold there one plot to me in may 16th 2023. then other share holder filed a case for land distributions. now they are not allowing us to use this land.
