Civil case -Original suit

I have filled a OS case against the property owner , who has already sale agreement with a financier. I filled the case on 2nd August 2023 , but still now the case is not registered in district court . Why its taking this much time , any forecasting issue with case registration.
Note: my lawyer keep on promising me it will get register everyday. I have checked the details online it shows filled and CRN number also generated. property value 1850000
