We purchase shop Rs 5 lacs we given Rs 2 lacs on 2013 and Rs 3 lacs on 2019 but we are not get possession in
A.Dear Client,
As you have not received possession of the shop despite paying the entire purchase price, you have a valid claim against the seller. The seller is bound to deliver possession of the property to you as per the terms of the agreement. If communication with the seller does not yield a satisfactory response, you may consider sending a legal notice. You can file a suit for specific performance in the court, seeking an order directing the seller to deliver possession of the shop to you. If the seller is unable or unwilling to deliver possession of the shop, you can seek rescission of the contract. This means that the contract will be canceled, and you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price. You can also claim damages from the seller for any losses you have suffered due to the non-delivery of possession, such as loss of rent or business income.

A.Dear Client,
If you possess sufficient documents like purchase agreement, payment receipts from the seller, then serving a legal notice, you can escalate the matter either before the Commercial Court or before the Civil Court by filing a money suit for recovery of money from the seller with interest for delay.
