A shopkeeper has changed my phone battery, as I have given my phone to repair any other problem. Now what can I do.

If the change of battery is a part of repairing the mobile set, you cannot bring a complaint against the shopkeeper for deficiency in service and in the absence of any express condition, the change of battery to repair the mobile set would be considered as an implied condition.
