Will society be a party in a suit seeking disqualification of ex-members of managing committee? Will society be a party in a suit seeking disqualification of ex-members of managing committee?

The society's committee was disqualified by the Dy. Registrar for not holding elections. However, they are eligible for contesting elections again despite breaking several other bye-laws and violating sections of the MCS Act 1960. I wish to file a suit before the co-operative court requesting that they not be allowed to contest elections. Do I have to make the society party in my suit or just file a suit against the ex-committee members?
