A.Dear client,

There is no legal remedy, particularly for the issue you have presented but if you want to file a complaint against your girlfriend section 420 of IPC can be used as it deals with Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property. The maximum punishment that can be awarded under this section is imprisonment for a term of 7 years and a fine.

But it will be hard to establish the same as you entered into the relationship consensually so it is adviced to not start a legal proceeding unless you are certain about it.

Thank you.

A.Dear Client,
I'm sorry to hear about your distressing situation. In legal terms, cases involving fraudulent promises and emotional distress are often complex and depend on the specifics of each situation. While it is recommended to consult with a legal professional for personalized advice, you may consider exploring the possibility of seeking legal recourse for fraudulent misrepresentation. If there is substantial evidence supporting the fake promises made, such as messages, witnesses, or any other relevant documentation, you could potentially discuss the matter with a lawyer. However, it's crucial to keep in mind that legal processes can be emotionally draining and may not always provide the desired emotional or financial relief. Additionally, consider focusing on your mental well-being during this challenging time, and if needed, seek support from friends, family, or mental health professionals to cope with the stress and uncertainty.
