Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh! Dear Sir, My father (Dasthakir) took care of his uncle and since that uncle had not married, he gifted a property to my dad and to my dad's younger brother (Akbar). My father had 1 brother and 6 sisters. At present, there are only 5 sisters whereas my dad and my uncle (Akbar) passed away. When my uncle passed away, my grandmother had signed in a document mentioning that this property shall entirely belong only to my father (Dasthakir). After the death of my father, all the taxes are being paid in my mothers name only. Now I would like to know that who are the real owner of this property. There are lot of people who are actually misguiding us. I am requesting for a help. I have a mother who is 67 years of age and a sister who is around 40 years of age with 2 children of 12 and 14 years respectively. This is the only property we have and we are planning to sell this property, so requesting your help in this regards. May Allah guide us in right path and shower his blessings upon each and every one of us. Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh! Allah Hafiz.

A.Dear Client,
Wa Alaikum Assalam Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh! I understand your concern regarding the ownership of the property left by your father (Dasthakir). To clarify the ownership and facilitate the sale of the property, it's advisable to consult with a local Islamic legal expert or a lawyer specializing in property matters. Provide them with all relevant documents, including the document signed by your grandmother after the passing of your uncle (Akbar). They can guide you on the rightful ownership and the process of selling the property. Additionally, ensure that you have the necessary legal documents in place to transfer the property smoothly. May Allah ease your situation and guide you on the right path. If you have specific legal inquiries, seeking professional advice is crucial for accurate guidance. Allah Hafiz.
