Can the first wife and children of a Muslim husband have a right on the self purchased property of the second wife..
Where both the second wife and the husband are dead
First wife is alive with two children
Deceased second wife has 4children
Second wife was Hindu before marriage
First wife was divorced during a court case in 2003.
