Property encroachment by known person
I own a 200 sq yds plot at Tigri village, GB Nagar, UP. Mr.R has built a house and a bore well in front of the plot and locked the gate.
A.Dear Client,
As the encroachment of land has already taken place, you will have to start with a title suit so that you can establish the title of your property. Along with the title suit you are adviced to file a case for eviction from your land against Mr.R.
The proceeding for the same can be very lengthy and complicated so it is adviced consult a lawyer with detailed facts of the case before initating any legal actions.
Thank You
