A.Dear Client,
To remove the unauthorized encroachment by pandal persons on the public road, you need to bring the matter to the notice of the Civic/public Authority, i.e, the Municipal Corporation or the Public Grievance Cell of the District Magistrate office. Visit the office of the Municipal Corporation and file a written complaint endorsing a copy to the Public Grievance Cell of the DM's office.

A.Dear Client,
First, document the encroachment with photographs, noting dates and times. Approach your local municipal office or the concerned authority responsible for road maintenance and encroachment removal. Lodge a formal complaint with them, providing all relevant details and evidence of the illegal encroachment. You may also reach out to your local police station to report the matter, as illegal encroachments often violate municipal regulations. Follow up with the authorities regularly to ensure that appropriate action is taken to remove the encroachment. Cooperation with local residents or community groups can also amplify your efforts to address this issue effectively.
