PG owner not picking calls

In September I shifted to a pg in Noida ,I was not informed earlier that it was in lease and lease was about to over ,in October i came back to my hometown ,in November I was informed pg was going to be shut down to take all belongings ,during that time my father was in ICU and I was not able to come ,i informed the same to pg owner he told me he will return my stuff whenever I come back now he is not picking my phone
