Person A bought a Stamp Paper from a stamp vendor in his name and address and used it for a sale deed. He provided it as evidence for the sale of the property. But when enquired through RTI the corresponding stamp paper was purchased by B not A and there is no connection between A and B.

A.Dear Client,
In the given situation, person "A" shall be booked/prosecuted for cheating by personation as defined u/s.416 IPC, once a FIR is lodged in Police Station against him or a complaint is made to the Magistrate and shall be punished u/s.417 IPC with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both if the charges proved against him in course of trial..
