Doctor delivered fake medicine Doctor delivered fake medicine

I bought a medicine online for hair regrowth named as Ziping hair growth formula from Dr. Abhinit Gupta (Laskomig, Poison clinic) Bhopal from their website https://laskomig.com/
This medicine was recommended to me by him for baldness treatment.
I paid Rupees 22700 online for this medicine.
As per their claim, hair regrowth should start within 1 to 1.5 months after starting this medicine.
Now it's more than 2.5 months. All medicine I used but not a single hair grown on my scalp.
I contacted Doctor and his team for this issue. They said that my this medicine does not work on baldness grade which I have.
Before buying this medicine I told them all about my scalp conditions still they asked me to buy the medicine.
Now they are refusing to pay my money back and even stopped picking up my calls.
Can someone please help me regarding this issue.

A.Dear client,
Start collecting all the documents you have regarding them. You have to send them a legal notice. If they do not response to your legal notice then you need to file a consumer case. Consumer cases are very active these days and hence you will get the judgement very sooner. You can also lodge a General diary in your local police station which might help you in your case.

A.Dear Client,
From the contents of the query it prima facie establishes a case of deficiency in service and unfair labour practice as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Since the service is hired from the service provider through online mode, you have to file a complaint against the service provider under Sec.35 of the CPA, 2019 online mode through e-daakhil portal ( https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ ) introduced by the Consumer Affairs Deptt, GOI and following the provision of Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules and Consumer Protection(Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 over alleged deficiency in service and unfair trade practices claiming refund of entire cost of medicines and compensation for harassment.
