Medical negligence in hair transplantation may arise due to increased scarring in the donor area (over harvesting), inadequate density, bald patches (coalescence of donor sites), unaesthetic hair line, misdirected implantation of grafts, and other mentality harassment, not return of payment invoice, GST scam, etc..

A.Dear Client,
If you suspect medical negligence in a hair transplantation procedure, it's essential to take immediate action. Consult with a qualified healthcare professional or another reputable hair transplant specialist to assess the extent of any potential issues and document any visible problems like increased scarring, inadequate density, or misdirected grafts. Keep records of your medical history, communication with the clinic, and payment transactions. If you are facing mental harassment, consider seeking emotional support and consult with a legal professional to explore your options. Reporting the issue to relevant medical boards or authorities and, if necessary, filing a complaint with consumer protection agencies could be steps to consider. Remember, seeking advice from legal experts will provide guidance tailored to your specific situation and local regulations.
Thankyou

A.Dear Client,
Before knocking on the door of the Consumer Forum, you need to ensure that you are a victim of medical negligence by filing a complaint before the Ethics Committee of the State Medical Council and National Medical Council. Based on the reply or findings of the State Medical Council and NMC you have to approach the Consumer Forum. In case the findings of these authorities do not support your allegation of medical negligence, your approach to the Consumer Forum would not yield any relief in the matter and your complaint of medical negligence against the Doctors/Hospitals may be rejected by the forum even at the time of admission hearing. Complaint required to be filed before the Consumer Forum within two years from the date of cause of action.

A.Dear Sir,
It is true that there are provisions to claim compensation or damages for medical negligence before Consumer Courts. But the history of the judgments delivered by Consumer Courts reveals that they are not granting compensation or damages not even more than Rs.1,00,000/-. After a lapse of 2-3 years you may start the litigation for litigation sake to teach a lesson to the doctors and experts.
