Land dispute with brother Land dispute with brother

My mother did registry of land one year back which was in her own name by the consent of his only son. My brother was in urgent need of money. Rest amount was paid in cash in my mother's hand after clearing all earlier calculation. Now my brother has applied for cancellation of deed in the civil court and also sent me a notice of fraudulent on my name. I have always helped my mother and brother economically and mentally. Now what to do?

A.Dear Client,
In this challenging situation, it is crucial to seek legal advice promptly. Consult with a qualified lawyer to understand your rights and options. Provide all relevant documents and evidence that support the legitimate nature of the land registry, the consent of your brother, and the financial transactions. Respond to the notice of fraudulent activity through your legal representation, addressing the claims made against you. Additionally, consider engaging in open communication with your family members, attempting to resolve the matter amicably if possible. Legal professionals can guide you through the court process, protect your interests, and help navigate potential resolutions to ensure a fair outcome.
Thankyou
