I have ordered a product in Ecom and they confirmed me that product will be delivered to me on the next day itself and for that one day delivery they charged me. After that there is no update on my product delivery when ever I try to know the status they said wait till next day but now it's been 5 days from the delivery confirmation day.mean while I have registered a consumer complaint for this. Now they message me that my product will deliver today. I don't know if I collect the product I can continue the case.please advice me I can collect the product or I can return it . If I collect the product I can continue the consumer complaint or it will be broke

A.Dear Client,
If you collect the product accepting the delay, there is no cause of action or reason to continue with your consumer complaint. If you continue with your complaint it may cost you more than the product apart from the waste of time.
