Shopkeeper abusive words and extra charges

I went to a printing shop where the man charged high rate for printing so I asked why they are charging that much amount when all other shops are charging minimum amount, so the shopkeeper used abusive words against me and charged against me, and he didn't give any bill for that. May I know what is to be done for this?
