Action against managing committee using funds to fight cases in individual capacity Action against managing committee using funds to fight cases in individual capacity

Managing committee has caused loss to the society by using society funds to fight cases. The cases were against the managing committee and not the society. As per Sec 73(1AB) of the MCS Act, managing committee is responsible for acts and omissions which are detrimental to the interests of the society. If a complaint is filed, under which section will the Registrar take action? There is nothing under 73(1AB) which specifies penalty to office bearers. It merely says Registrar will fix responsiblity.

A.Sir, issue legal notice to the managing committee and personally to the persons involved.
Opt for new committee members due to such dealings
Recover the money by filing civil suits against the people involved personally.
Thanks
