Intially there is no transformer and generator near to our flat now he is keeping both near to our flat also some AC outdoor units. He removed the boundary wall for parking purposes. I don't know how to stop him. Could you please advise us how to stop him.

A.Dear Client,
Until and unless a residential property is converted to commercial property and permitted by the local municipal authority, a builder cannot lend or lease out a residential property for commercial purposes. So, you along with other residents of the building who are equally affected by the situation, may collectively bring the matter to the notice of the Municipal Authority and the Public Grievance Cell of the office of the concerned District Magistrate to resolve the grievance against the builder. Further, if the building is a registered project under RERA, you can collectively file a complaint against the Builder to the Adjudication officer of RERA for a resolution in the matter.

A.Dear Client,
In this situation, you may take the following steps to address your concerns. Firstly, gather evidence such as photographs, documenting any disturbances caused by the transformer, generator, and AC units. Review the terms of the agreement or bylaws governing your residential complex to ensure compliance with zoning and construction regulations. Engage with fellow residents who share similar concerns and consider forming a collective voice. Present your grievances formally to the builder, citing potential violations and the adverse impact on your living conditions. If the builder remains unresponsive, explore legal avenues such as filing a complaint with local municipal authorities or seeking advice from a legal professional to assess the situation and guide you on appropriate actions to protect your rights as a resident.
Thankyou
