For total how long time will it take for court to give final decision for maintenance charges as husband and in laws are harrassing and giving domestic voilence so i want to live separately and claim maintenance charges. And husband is NRI whether he should be presented physically before court during final decision

A.Dear Madam,
If you file 125 CrPC petition then you will get interim maintenance immediately but executing it is very difficult as your husband is residing abroad. Please find out local property which can be attached. If you file 498A complaint then he will be brought to India.

A.These cases take a bit of time to come down to final disposal. If the husband is an NRI then there are various measures which can be taken. As it is obvious that personal attendance of the husband is a painful thing. If need be, the same can be done by way of video or camera proceedings.
