I am the only daughter .....my father said didn't give any property to you......without u I will sell the property...it's possible and how much part s mine in that property.....how I'll face this problem I want my property.......he doing unnecessary expenses like... Drinking,Hans ......etc .....it's my grandmother property but it's in my father name now what I do

A.Dear Madam,
You must share documents and take further legal advise. Actually it being a sensitive issue as such to be taken serious and some tricks to be used as the daughter has no share during the life of father if it is his self acquired.

A.As the owner of the property is your father, he can sell the property without yours consent.

A.Your father has complete rights to sell away his "Self Acquired Property" totally without giving even 1% of that to you. However, in case of "Ancestral Property" your father can part with and sell off only that part or portion or percent to which he is entitled to.
Given the situation you are in. It is advised that you file a partition suit for the property rights and get your share portioned so that your father cannot misuse the same.
